Do you feel stress and anxiety about Monday on every sunday?

Yes . I'm stressed out due to back to back two townhall meetings plus HR connect scheduled for our unit next week.

TCS flexibility and the working environment is too toxic nowadays HR have no clue what they're supposed to do. People who are on the bench are enjoying themselves but the ones working are facing too much firstly odd shifts then wfo policies. At time I fell I'm so done I have just 4.3 yrs in IT it feels like 40 now... Office politics nd all 😞😞

Yes I feel stressed and anxiety even having sleep issues.

I chill everyday. Since the day I made my mind to switch, I don't give a ffff. I put burden on others. I have become more careless and enjoying like a notice period person.

If we have work pressure or Bad boss, then we may get Stress or waiting for weekend.. if we Enjoy our Work then Everyday is Same..

I used to feel this anxiety in my previous company. My boss was super toxic. I had to work even on weekends day & night on a technology I never worked on just because they don’t have enough projects. That was the worst corporate experience. Speaking of today, only thing im worried about is how I will complete 9 hours. 😅

No stress or Anxiety once you come to know nothing is in your hand and a game of dice is a matter of time already predicted by the lord :)

Nope. Be in the present. Don't ruin your present by thinking about the future too much. Just remember after monday, the Sunday will come again in few days and that too with extra Saturday as a bonus 😂.
