I guess everyone does, some time or another. Life can be hard, and we're all human 😊
Honestly, I used to around 6-7 years back when I was a kiddo then I got a group of bhadwaas we call friends. And they are sooo soo close to me, sometimes I feel blood relations are nothing infront of it.
So, anyway, what I'm trying to say is I got friends who never let me cry, be it breakup, or work stress they just make fun of it, and then when they seriously give their perspectives i soon feel damn, this issue is nothing at all.
So long story short, @LadyGaga bro/sis - just keep a company of good friends, they are your treasure which you earn in life not the jewellery or money.
Trust me, even if you have just 2-3 such friends, it will feel like you have won the world. And lastly, don't let anything be inside u, get it out, either shout it out on friends, parents or whoever but as long as you keep it inside, it will keep accumulating -ve thoughts.
Best to let it out. Lastly if u don't have such friends or someone close, wake up morning 5/5:30 am, wear shorts and slim tshirt, go for a run and don't stop till it feels like your legs aren't moving. Once you do, your mood automatically shifts.
FYI - I don't recommend running on treadmill, that's completely different, u will have 20-30 people around u in gym and it will feel like a gaze of judgement.
I hope u feel better

Returning from hospital after learning about sister's serious health issues, could not hold myself till I reached home. Cried on metro all the way to home and slept the night crying away. No money can do anything nobody can do anything. Only word, try and be hopeful and where is God, Is there?

Sometimes it's good to cry. But not in front of someone bcoz people don't understand what you are going thru and label you as weak but crying releases the pain
Yes, and I'm a man.

I forgot how to cry, I just get angry or laugh at myself now

I do cry when it gets overwhelming. Cries once in my office bathroom & next day told that client to fuck off!
I became a founder so that I can choose my pain & cry for what its worth.

You can cry but pick yourself up believe in lord Hanuman and continue

Cried only once after coming to corporate, that's not for work.
