Women are good tactical thinkers but very poor strategic decision makers. Men are good at latter. Any problem we solve, always has a first , second and more orders of impact. Women focus only on the solution for the existing problem forgetting even the first order impact. so in most cases, you will find, the problem solved by a women will always lead to a bigger problem.
So if the problem needs to be solved for now, bring a woman. problem needs to be solved forever, atleast for a longer time bring a man.
I want to add, that in many cases, I've seen women allow emotion to guide their decision. Which cannot be said for the vast majority of men. Ofcourse there are the outliers. But this seems to be the general case in my experience.
