Trending @Accenture; Do We Still Get a Hike If We’re on Bench After 1 Year?

Hi all! I’ve completed 1 year and 2 months in Accenture but I’m still on bench. I’ve heard that everyone who completes 1 year gets a standard hike (around 11–13%), but I’m not sure how it works if we are on bench. Does being on bench affect the appraisal or salary hike? Anyone with similar experience, please share your insights!

Forget about the hike bro trust me change technology even better change company you are in bench no promotion , you are non billable to client no promotion thats the truth, change to (.net, azure stack these have many projects and trust me you will be flash banged with the knowledge {there you have to be smart and learn apart from work hours} learn those tech stack and switch

It's not a bench actually I locked into a project but they are not onboarding me but it is a functional role is SAP I don't about the growth of functional role trying to switch but 90 days notice period and less than 2 years experience I am not getting Shortlisted to companies
