Trending @Wipro; Do we need to return bonus?

At the time of joining wipro, wipro offers bonus at 6th month 18th month, and 24 month completion. My question is if we get the bonus at 18th month of 50k and resign from wipro. Will wipro asks us to return that 50k amount as we are resigning before the completions of 2years from 18th month. Means do we need to work with wipro more 24 months not to give that 50k amount back to wipro.

2022 mein onboarding hui thi, bonus de rhe hain but salary hike nhi kr rhe, aur naa hi bonus ko salary mein merge kr rhe. Package is still same after 2.5 years

As for as I know, we need to return joining bonus if we leave Wipro before the mentioned date in contract. You should check your LOA or offer letter to see what's mentioned there. But imo, you need to return the bonus amount you received in 18th month salary if you leave before completing 2 years.
