Trending @Wipro; Do we need to have a change in Indian Labour Laws ?

The debate surrounding Indian labour laws is complex and multifaceted. While the need for modernization and simplification is widely acknowledged.

It will be really good and welcoming if we plan for some modifications as in pay scale wages & some other benefits what others are getting out of India. This is a big agenda & needs to be solved because it’s also hampering company in many ways.

But yes if we can change and implement some new labour law it will be helpful to grow and boost our economy level and also our coming future will not have to go abroad for jobs money. They can earn good if they have talent and no one have to left their family for jobs and good salary.
