Trending @Accenture; Do we need to goto office on project decided days now?

Am i missing something or projects are randomly deciding day on which they want us to come to office? This seems like a upper management thing and not based on Accenture RTO policy. Does anyone know if there is a change in RTO. Compliance ? Is it stil once a day per week Or changed to 2 days Or need to goon project decided days?
