Trending @Capgemini; do we need to go to office everyday if we are in bench? Or just usual 12 days wfo?

My project people are asking me to come 3 days per week.. can I follow it? What i won't follow? Is 12 days continuously enough? And what will happen if I only complete 10 days per month could you please tell
