Yes Gratuity will be calculated on the basis of your last basic pay on your payslip. You can put your base pay in below link and select years of experience and the same calculated amount will be your gratuity amount.Also if you have more that 5.6 years of experience then years of service will be considered as 6 according to some round off logic.Hope this helps😊.
