My HR told me that I must stay in my base location, even if my WFH request is approved and I cannot stay in a place or work from a place where Accenture does not have a presence.
Essentially, even if I work from home, it must be from my base location???? I’m not sure if I’m making sense, but this is what He told me!!!!!

Return to office and return to base location are two different things. Both need separate approved exceptions.

No, I am well aware of that. the issue is Even if they approve my wfh exception, He says I must stay where Accenture has an office. But my home is in a place where Accenture isn’t present. I hope you get it!
