Trending @Capgemini; Do we have retention back policy after the resignation in Capgemini??

I'm planning to submit my resignation for a job switch. In the worst case, if I need to withdraw it, I’d like to understand the retention or resignation withdrawal policy. Could someone please help me with the details?

You can withdraw anytime,even on the last working day as well But since we need approval from hr and the people manager, it's better to not wait till the last working day.

What if by the time of last working day, we are on bench, then they won't approve?

Yes u can withdraw.. and need 2 approvals, people manager and HR.. Hr will only approve when u r billing otherwise no.
