Trending @Cognizant; Do we have most of the project in Cognizant having Budget issue ? I experienced 3 projects , maximum 6 months in every project. Any idea??

This is depend on completely on CEO bro he is making in every field cost cutting and making company profit to showcase presently attiration rate is 33% of cognizant

Poor management bro..... hiring so much then keep them 18 months on bench and then after 2 yrs lay off them.....worst condition and they keep hiring every year and same procedure repeats
