For me, they didn’t allow any kind of buy out. They made em complete 3 months notice period even when I was on bench.

What is your band and when did this happened? How they ask you to stay for 90 days even when you were in bench ?

I'm not sure about Wipro's policies, but many companies do have buy-out options. It's best to check directly with their HR.
