Do we get retention bonus if the last working date comes after Year completion date?
Let's say if the joining date was 10th January2022)and last working date is 30th January 2025. Can one expect the retention bonus in the FNF?

Retention bonus is usually given if you complete the year. If you leave during the notice period, you generally won't get it. Check with HR for your specific case.
