Do we get promotion after completing 3years?
I joined TCS as a graduate trainee I had a 1.9 LPA then after 2 years of completion, I got promoted to Assistant system engineer with a 3.8 LPA now I will soon complete my 3 years in Tcs so I will get promoted as a System Engineer with some salary hike?
Can anyone please tell me.😅

Promotions in TCS aren't automatic after 3 years. Performance and managerial discretion play a big role. Don't expect a guaranteed promotion or significant salary hike just because you've hit the 3-year mark.

@WretchedHurricane any updates have u got promoted to C1 also are u maintaining RTO compliance > 60 percent? Also when was your 3rd anniversary?
