Do we get paid for digital incentives after resignation before banding(No Band)?

As we already know if we resign before band allocation, we won't be getting the band. So this will be a no band case. So does TCS stop the wings incentive when we are on notice period in this case(no band case)?

Absolutely depends on the project and your HRBP and Manager. For me they did continue the Digital incentives but I have heard of people not getting the digital incentive as well. So I would suggest checking in with someone in your project or sister project that has done the same.
