Good questions one should ask before ordering.

It does gives convenience, but sometimes.
Doesn't make sense to use them everytime, unless you got money to burn.

I feel like 10-minute is useless. I am happy if my food gets delivered in 30-40 minutes. If it gets delivered in 10-minutes I start questioning the quality of food.

Currently they're providing more SKUs and lower prices that local kirana stores.. If they can sustain, why not?
We as a society need very little to sustain, rest are just luxuries
