Do u share at your company that you do freelanceling?
I know that at my firm you cannot freelance for your competitor. But not sure if it's allowed for others. Should I ask the HR/Mgr or do it silently on the sides?
I'm pretty bored doing the same stuff. So thinking of doing some freelancing.
Also, I have never freelanced before. How do I find who wants to hire a freelancer? Are there specific points I should know about that will help in my search?
Google is full of generic s@#t advice. So asking here.

NO.. never did. No body knew what i did after office hours. I would not even go for a drink with someone from my office.
These fuckers will try to peek into what you do, then will ruin it. I had coworker who was given permanent WFH. When they came to know his family was into prawn business, they called him back.

Lol wtf

Please don't. Why complicated things :(

No way in Indian companies

@Celsius_Fahrenheit - i dont know why you would even consider HR?.

Man I've got 0 clue about this. I thought you need to share to be on safer side. Looks like the opposite is true.
I'm feeling glad I asked this question here.
