Do u guys have friends or people who u talk to in office?
I have seen quite a lot of posts of mutual friends nowadays, what is it's concept i never had mutual any mutual friend lmao, let alone at this point having any friend to hangout with even.
Where are you meeting so many people and are u all having friends atm??
The biggest drawback of WFH. I don't speak to anybody other than my team in my office. Literally not a single person.
@SoggyBasil4 so far I haven't even been to a physical office once and the few normal life conversations that occurred were from the beginning days of my job at my current company. WFH has made all the conversations only about work. Professional and formal! My teammates also seem to be introverted like me. So no movement happens from any one to improve the friendliness in the team. I don't know if WFH is a boon or bane!
Before covid it was decent , now it’s mostly talking in passing , also wfh has now become a more viable option . So hardly much interaction from people in office .
2-3 are friends others are just acquaintances
