Do they detect variable pay for having WFO index above 95% and 100% Deployment index ??

Fact is it all depends on the unit you are part of. The unit performance decides your variable pay. And based on the unit performance they choose to pay just 15-20% of the variable pay.

And for that 15-20% you need to maintain more than 85% attendance and 100% Deployment Index

Upto C2 grade all get 100% this time if ur attendance is greater than 85% as I heard from colleagues but do chk if number of hours per day also they considering this time...may be atleast on average u need to come in 5-7 hrs bracket per day
