Trending @Capgemini; Do they count number of hours also in the office or just the number of days we are going to the office?
Currently there is 3 days wfo policy. Is it ok If I go to the office 3 days a week but just for login purposes. I sit there for half an hour and come back. Do they also see hours or just the number of days???
I go to office once a week and sometimes miss that too. My team does not sit here so most of the day I work from home , till now I have not received a mail, but not sure till when this would be the case
