Hey guys, I work in Citrix virtual apps and desktops, my project has been completed august end and i’m on bench now. Do you think that there is a chance of putting me into service desk because something just contacted me internally and asked me to share my resume. And i see their unit is BPOTSO.
Yes, people from that unit ask for your resume as they might be reporting it to your manager. They are assigned with such tasks of collecting resumes from N number of people and share those back with your manager as per skillset and demand. Not sure whether they will use the resumes for any other process from their side or not or will they share them with some other channels or not.
I haven’t shared it yet, thankfully. I wanted to confirm the skillset they need and reject the project. Specifically, I have seen many mails from infy regarding consequences for rejecting a project. I don’t want to put myself in that situation.
