You can get transfer only if you comply with following
Min 2 years of exp in TCS if not
Should be having genuine reason like medical issue with you or with your parent or else
Marriage plans getting settled after the same in your desired location
If you aren't okay with any of those
You need to find a project having an ODC in that location and need a strong support from that manager for the same and if that doesn't work you had to check with them again for alternative option for working in that location

As it depends entirely on RMG who are known for making silly excuses which me and my friend faced asking for min 3 years of serving period in base and even after having that exp by my friend he hasn't given any response in okaying for the same..
