I have been applying for jobs through LinkedIn but haven’t received many responses. I’m curious that do recruiters actually hire candidates directly from LinkedIn?
Also, what’s the best way to apply for jobs on LinkedIn to increase my chances of getting noticed? should I focus more on networking, sending direct messages, or using the easy apply feature????
