Trending @Accenture; Do Percipio Year1 Year2 courses matter

I am an ASE with 1 yoe and when we joined we were told to complete these courses related to soft skills, they are link 80+ courses that we need to complete over a span of 2 years, we would get promotions if we don't i came to know from a colleague, noe both 2 Years default promotions have stopped and also the techleap promotions have stopped do i need to still complete this i have completed just 30+ and it was really hectic, do they check if i have completed these courses, when, if i get promotion chance TLs , HRs , Managers are ASEs who got promoted can anyone answer this
