Do people really hate Leetcode or DSA?
Saw this post and it made me curious, can it be really true? I personally prefer competitive programming over Leetcode for solving novel questions with ease. I have noticed people who are good at both DSA and dev skills make better engineers. Especially great competitive programmers easily adapt to software engineering skills later on when they quit it after college.
Plenty of examples out there: Gaurav Sen, Rachit Jain, Lalit Kundu, Sumeet Varma, Vaibhav Gosain, Ankit Kedia, Anudeep Nekkanti etc.
But people who focus on only development find it hard to become good at DSA later on (they can only cram Leetcode and if anything hard is asked from outside Leetcode they fumble).
