Trending @Cognizant; Do people get the joining bonus as promised?

Hi there , I joined cognizant 5 months back they promised a joining bonus in my offer letter but said I would be getting it in 2 parts in every 6 months does this happen with people ? I mean I will get it right they won't go back on words?
