Do one year internship don’t count as experience

Infosys HR called me for a service desk support role and said 1 year of internship don’t count as an work experience guys let know is this right or not

Yeah, internship is not experience, in terms of claiming in number of yrs worked. Though you can certainly show it in resume.

Depends on the company, but either way it doesn't count in YOE.
