Do not trust the interviewer if he/she explains what work you are going to do if you get selected.Enquire more about actual work.

I joined tcs in 2023 and got my first project of macy's portfolio,I am a java developer started migration project where they were migrating on prem java apps to oracle cloud,I literally raised thousands of service now tickets for almost 7 months to open firewall from the client's server to other consuming application just because the cleints application developed in java language thats the only reason they took all java developer & asked them to do work of network administrator,no coding nothing realted to development,plus timing was so weared I used to work till 12 p.m as it was USA client.worst experience of dealing with onsite people,they thought just because they are onsite ,they are very smart.
