Trending @Capgemini; Do Managers HRs really read Reflection form
I was wandering if managers and Hrs really read what we are filling in the GetSuccess reflection form Do they give ratings and promotion based on that How much effect does it have on promotion and ratings From my project I know very well that all N+1 get a list where ratings are already given to them from Senior director level and they will only give what they have been told to give
Managers HRs out there please respond
My manager told that they don’t even read it and won’t even see that, but just for formality, we need to fill whatever the required fields are there and ratings will be given that only whatever they want, it won’t effect on rating if you feel in very good manner or anything, you should feel it well, but it doesn’t mean you have felt well that you will get good writing completely. They will decide, even you have did good or bad all in there and only.
