It's good that your CTC does not have variable pay or pb components. JL4 and above get very less percentage of pb component.

Performance bonus is not extra pay. They will cut 10% of our salary for Variable pay ( JL-4 - 10%, JL5 -15%,JL6 -20%) - from which they will give only 50-60% named as performance bonus - saying based on our performance and company performance we are getting this much bonus. Remaining 40% they will take. For JL3 and below , you are getting full 100% salary.

No. Also there so such thing as performance bonus. This is another name of variable pay which is part of our CTC
