I am working in BOFA project which has Restricted ODC ( Only 4 Location we have ) Now i have some medical issue and have all the documents

Do you think HR can give the work from nearest location as Kolkata ?? or they will change the project Or they will take action on this ?? Please Suggest

Same question you are asking in multiple ways. Upload your documents on the portal provided by the HR. Doctors will confirm issue is genuine . Once done they will recommend certain number days depending on the seriousness of the situation. That can be used to get an exception. Most managers will grant it for that period considering it’s your spouse
