Do I stay or leave

I am currently working in PwC with 5 yoe and worked individually in a project which cost around 75 to 80 lakhs in 2 year's, but still my manager and partner expecting more from me itseems when I had a appraisal discussion. I have completed 2 year's as an associate but still haven't received a good rating, I think it's better to switch, any suggestions
