Do I need to take career break?

I feel stuck after joining company. In the last three years, I have worked on three different projects with the same salary and no recognition. Despite no client escalations, I haven’t received even a single R&R. With six years of experience and a CTC of 4.5 LPA, this is very frustrating……

if you are planning to go for higher studies totally worth it. 6 years is the right time. this window will close in another 2 years. Then your only choice to make it worth will be T1 colleges.
