Trending @Accenture; Do I need to stay or Quit
I've been working in Accenture for the last 2 and half years. I got a default promotion also. Now my current package is 5 LPA. In the November cycle how much hike can I expect?
All have started the #leaveAccenture movement. You too join that. No meaning staying in Accenture. Worst company and don't and inorganic growth by Julie Sweets is giving poor hikes or PIPs. Better leave ASAP before she finds any stupid reason to give you the call.
There probably won't be a hike sadly, unless you're in a critical skill.
As for moving out, consider a lot of factors before deciding. Since I have a similar package as you, I'd recommend taking a look at your role, experience, team and work culture and finally, finances before making a decision.
Quit without thinking anything bro
You are in industry where salary and skills is what you make it of yourself.
The answer is alway been opportunistic, upskill and always keep looking out.
Make as much capital as possible and cover risks.
This is a capitalistic free market, if you can prove to another org that you are good, you can always get better.
