Trending @Accenture; Do I need to follow RTO rule during notice period?

I have recently resigned from Accenture and want to know if its mandatory to follow RTO rules till the end of my notice period? I spoke with my manager and he was like “you need to coma to office bla bla” but I dont believe him!
