Trending @Accenture; Do I got variable pay?

I joined Accenture in June 2024. Do I got variable pay? My CL is 9. I am not able to see anything in reward portal. My people lead is on Maternity leave.

This is what mentioned in my offer letter.

You will get, but it would be a bit less.

Also your people lead has to enable it for you. If she's on leave then it will get updated on dec-1.
