Do I get incentive or Monthly incentive or both?

My joining was 3rd Oct 2022, I already completed 3 years here. I got mail regarding discontinued incentive and merged with monthly personal allowances on 20 Oct and it applied on 1st Oct. So In this case what will happen. Can anyone suggest me who has an idea about this then pls update me for my concern.
