Do Google recruiters regularly update candidate profiles?

My recruiters are third-party, so I’m not sure if that affects anything. Does Google usually update the interview status promptly? I’ve completed the first two interviews, and it’s been almost two working days with no updates. The application status still says Interview Scheduled. If it’s a rejection, would they typically update it immediately after receiving feedback? I’m just trying to understand if there’s still any hope.
