Trending @Accenture; Do freelancing considered as Dual Employment?

I don’t understand whether it is legal or illegal at first place.
I have to work in their office laptop in night when I am finished with Accenture work. They say it’s legal and not a dual employment as PF wont be created. Isn’t it just a freelancing?

Yes it's freelancing but Accenture doesn't allow it when you sign employment that makes it illegal buddy

They said, they will pay me in my account only. And I have to submit PAN as well. Tax will deduct before it comes to me. Only thing the are promising is they won’t create a PF entry
