Do Companies Offering Packages of 4 Cr provide any Job Security?
I am in IIT Bombay and I have been hearing my seniors geeting packages worth 4 Cr and others from IITK,etc but I feel that these companies are generally startups regarding stocks which I think provide a certain security but also can collapse anytime Though companies which come in IITs for placement definitely have a certain amount of respect in the market but companies offering high job security don't really exceed their packages over 1 Cr {for fresher}

umm noo not BYJUS hahahah Presicely speaking the companies name was Jane Street which gave the 4Cr package and additionally the packages like 2 Cr and all are also coming from companies which I think offer very little of job security
