Do companies blacklist candidates for accepting offer letters and not joining them?

Hi guys, I'm switching companies for the first time in my career and have a few offers in hand and wanted some guidance.

I was just wondering if I accept an offer and not join the company subsequently, is there any chance of being blacklisted by them which will not let me join them sometime in the future? Thanks in advance for your help.

For juniors for a short time frame there can be negativity with the decision but over a few years that settles. However for leaders, it can lead to blacklisting

No blacklist is permanent, there is a cooling period where they avoid interviewing the same person again. For some companies the cooling period is 1 year, for some it is 2 years. There is nothing like permanent blacklisting.
