6moDo companies blacklist candidates for accepting offer letters and not joining them?
Hi guys, I'm switching companies for the first time in my career and have offers from 2-3 companies at hand and need some guidance.
I was just wondering if I accept an offer and not join the company subsequently, is there any chance of being blacklisted by them which will not let me join them sometime in the future? Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes, some companies will blacklist, depending upon their internal policies

Its based on company. Some company blacklists and others dont. I accepted accenture offer and dint join but after 6 months again i was able to attend interview and get another offer. So i think top MNCs should not have problems. Small companies have issues.
