I've been setting up these coffee chats with industry pros as part of my networking game in the US. Now, back in India and I was wondering if they even work here? No one responded to me on LinkedIn here.

Still got some positive vibes, but now I’m stuck on how to level up these convos. Like, how do I ask for referrals to other pros or recruiters? Or even chat about potential job openings? What are some cool strategies to get past this hurdle? Would love it if someone can share their experiences here.
