Do certifications still hold real value today? Databricks,AWS,Azure
Do certifications still hold real value today, considering that exam dumps are widely available online and many candidates can pass by memorizing answers rather than gaining actual knowledge?
In an era where exam dumps are easily accessible, do professional certifications truly reflect skill and expertise, or have they become more about passing the test than mastering the subject?

assume a scenario.. 100 candidates are shortlisted for an interview.. In that 75 are certified.. So ,the company will easily remove 25 straight away...

Those are past. Nowadays even a ChatGPT can pass the exam. Assume a scenario... 100 candidates are shortlisted for an interview.. In that 75 assholes are certified with no hands on experience... The remaining 25 have no certificates but have 1 year of hands-on experience in a live project. So, the company will easily remove 75 assholes straight away.

Yes. Frankly, even with exam dumps you need to study a bit, it would be almost impossible to cram 500 questions’ multiple answers, some of which are so similar looking. (Talking of AWS, having passed without any dumps, but had come across some sample dump questions after the exam)

Doesn't hurt to have certification. Even more important if you have 1-2yrs of relevant experience.

No. Only hands on and designing intelligent system will have future

You are a good question
