Trending @HCL; Do anyone know how to get release from a Project

Hey, I worked 3 years for Windows Administrator role and then they forcefully put me in PMO role as my project was ramped down. So anyone knows how can I get the release from this project, as here the environmentt is very toxic. I have another project where can I join, but they are not releasing me from here. Kindly help!!
