Trending @Capgemini; Do anyone got hike who is having c1/c2 grade as I was expecting as I got exceeding rating? Can anyone help me to clarify?

My friend got 20% hike in C1 without promotion. And didn't even receive letter evern though that friend doesn't nothing and all project deliverables are done my me. To cut short there is no policy here in Capgemini, only ass licking can give you results

Same here, I also helped to juniors and juniors received hike, and i didn't received. But feedback was given in successfactor is also exceeding but still not sure what is heppening
