Got 68.14% VP/PB. Joined Infy in Jan 25 Unit - DNA

What’s the criteria to get 100% VP/PB. In my last 2 PBs I have never touched 100%

Where to find the percentage of vp released?

You can find out the amount in infyme > financial>rewards page > enable mask/view compensation > go down you can find amount. You can calculate % based on the previous quarter number

Heard that ,DNA is least performing unit in infy no resource from DNA can get 100% VP.

Nope i got even 120% once. This quarter i got 100% pb

It is based on your rating and unit performance, very rare for someone to get 100%. We can get above 100% as well. Max I have seen is 110% once

But ratings are not released as per infyme. Atleast I should get my 100% which is included in my CTC. I understand VP is not a fixed component but I am unable to understand the criteria

I am also from DNA part only no hikes are announced till now and moreover in infosys we except minimum 2% hike moreover than that they can't bear it
