I recently got placed at ICICI Bank in the DM1 grade with a CTC of 2.9L. Is this salary typical for this role, or should I be looking for a raise? Any insights on growth and salary hikes at ICICI would be helpful!

3 LPA is for off role I-process and OSP ..For DM1 is avg 6 LPA and DM2 is avg 8 LPA
