
Diwali Trauma - Its that time of the year again to avoid linkedin
Diwali trauma hits you hard when you scroll through linkedin and find everyone posting goodies they received from their organizations and you cant help and just regret when you realize whom are you working for.
Forget about goodies, The management here is so worse, just to please the customer they are making people work even on saturdays and Sundays and still had the audacity to even ask people to work on 21st
They said they will not be approving any leaves and even asked people not to utilize their flexi for diwali. They said they are giving 2 day wfh option to people as if they are doing a great favour.
I burst into laughter when my Parents asked what did I get from TCS on diwali and I forget about getting something they might do a pay cut via welfare fund or QVP

Raise it VHP, BD , RSS They can't force us to work on Hindu festival.

No goodies only baddies ( manager/HRs)!in TCS!!

They are like, "Why you need goodies, you are a goodie"..

Misfortune to be trapped in the worlds worst Organization with little or no regard for employees. Wish i could spit on the face of the crooked management and HR.

When you are working in TCS forget about goodies 🤣🤣
But when you have holidays no one can ask you to work that's for sure. But still if they are asking then tell them to put a official mail.
And no matter what but generally during these festival times as all the clients are clients are aware there should not be any problem to take flexi holidays if there are no production deployment that's what I have observed over the years.
Still if your manager/supervisors are declining your leave plans in between this festival season then it's the problem of the individuals.

very true..My flexi leave which i informed through email two weeks in advance got rejected without giving any reason. There is nothing critical going on in the project but don't know why ....
